The main downside is that there usually aren’t many staff at the front, so lines can get long during busy times. If you go during off peak hours it’s a smoother experience, but it’s something to plan for if you’re in a hurry.

Customer service was very poor. All I want is a refund for my shipping ($68.10) since they refuse to provide the service I paid for.

Delivery carrier never got out of truck to deliver box to front door. 2 people inside house waiting for the box. Driver just to lazy to do the job? Disabled and couldn't step up curb or cross 3 ft wide sidewalk? What's the problem? FYI post office losing ALOT of money by not delivering on time. They have eliminated late delivery refunds. Seems they can deliver perishable packages when ever they get around to it. What happened to integrity, customer service, pride in a job well done? DO NOT SEND PERISHABLE ITEMS. Who knows when or it it will delivered in good condition
