- AAAndrewDec 29, 20251.0I sent a large package to family for Christmas. Bremerton USPS refused to deliver it or even try. They wrote “10-day” hold on the package but only held it for 5. Customer service was very poor. All I want is a refund for my shipping ($68.10) since they refuse to provide the service I paid for.

Delivery carrier never got out of truck to deliver box to front door. 2 people inside house waiting for the box. Driver just to lazy to do the job? Disabled and couldn't step up curb or cross 3 ft wide sidewalk? What's the problem? FYI post office losing ALOT of money by not delivering on time. They have eliminated late delivery refunds. Seems they can deliver perishable packages when ever they get around to it. What happened to integrity, customer service, pride in a job well done? DO NOT SEND PERISHABLE ITEMS. Who knows when or it it will delivered in good condition

Could hear people in the office area laughing and snickering when I tried to open the door, and then when I made a comment they went silent. Very inconvenient and rude to say the least. Not surprised they have such a low rating.
