- GHGlenn HeislerOct 31, 20251.0I sent perishable box to address in east Bremerton. It got there 4 days LATE. Delivery carrier never got out of truck to deliver box to front door. 2 people inside house waiting for the box. Driver just to lazy to do the job? Disabled and couldn't step up curb or cross 3 ft wide sidewalk? What's the problem? FYI post office losing ALOT of money by not delivering on time. They have eliminated late delivery refunds. Seems they can deliver perishable packages when ever they get around to it. What happened to integrity, customer service, pride in a job well done? DO NOT SEND PERISHABLE ITEMS. Who knows when or it it will delivered in good condition

Could hear people in the office area laughing and snickering when I tried to open the door, and then when I made a comment they went silent. Very inconvenient and rude to say the least. Not surprised they have such a low rating.
- ATAmber ToddJul 12, 20251.02 weeks moving to Bremerton my lady carrier came knocking on my door…not to introduce herself but to inform me she called the city and cops on me for my basketball hoop. I want to add I live on a dead end street and my children’s basketball hoop does not block the little traffic on the street nor sit anywhere near the mailboxes. In fact it sits on the opposite side of the road, still not near the mailboxes. Cars also park all up and down this street but my hoop was the problem. Targeted much my family was. Welcome to the neighborhood! Be better Bremerton postal! Support outdoor play and don’t target new neighbors like that by going straight to the cops. My old post carrier used to shoot hoops with my kids. Next time introduce yourself! Be kind! And just ask! But after seeing your guys ratings it doesn’t surprise me why I experienced what I did. Here they call the cops on you and very rude and unprofessional.
