There's a wheelchair accessible parking spot but no wheelchair accessible entrance. I watched a lady in a wheelchair sit in the rain and wait for her ride because she couldn't get in.

Small postal annex. Clerks are always very friendly and helpful. Plenty of parking in a convenient downtown area.

the older gentleman behind the counter exemplifies every negative stereotype about postal workers from the 1990s. He radiates toxicity. Its clear that he's burnt out and looks down on his customers, but instead of retiring, he's intent on infecting people with bad vibes.
With six people in line today, he spent half his oxygen making passive aggressive comments to unseen coworkers, and the other half being lowkey combative with customers. There's nothing worse than dealing with an aging whiner with a non-existent work ethic...especially when you're trying to track down a package that had been sitting in Spanaway for a week and a half.
Avoid this location at all costs. The employees at other branches in town actually WANT to help people and don't act as if basic tasks are an insurmountable inconveniences.

The older man behind the counter with glasses is very rude and should retire. He's the same way every time I come in. Hes not pleasant at all-won't even greet you and always acts inconvenienced. You can't get a word in with him to explain to him what you actually need and when you do he gaslights you insisting that you didn't explain yourself well! I highly suspect that he has autistic spectrum disorder because I do as well. However, this doesn't give you the right to be disrespectful to others. Fight through your disorder a little and at least try to be a nice person or get out!
