Once they delivered my package to A DIFFERENT APARTMENT COMPLEX ENTIRELY. Theyve delivered important mail to different units in my complex (car registration tabs, packages worth over $200, etc.). When i told them this, their response was "and?" I understand theyre doing their best, but ive lost $$ because of them. You can tell they dont care about their job(s) based on they way they interact with their customers.

Never too busy. They offer boxes and envelopes too. You have to purchase their packing tape if you have to send a package and you buy one of their boxes. You can't just borrow tape. Just fyi.
