    Your new Hope circle delivery driver can’t read to save his life. I’ve reported this deliver driver 6+ times in 3 years. YET your office does nothing. Our names are on our box, we’ve told you in person 10+ times. ONE more time and I will literally file a grievance against this post office.

    Great Post Office. It is always very friendly. I appreciate their service and support. However they're listed on the internet as being open on Saturday and they are not, only access to the mailboxes is open.

    I’ve seen the carrier drive right past my house and mark a package as undeliverable. Will I get my mail today? Says its out for delivery! Sees the mail truck at 7pm. Nope! Undeliverable. Straight up lazy carriers. Likes to take a smoke break at the end of my neighborhood and ignore the other half of the street. Staff inside are nice but different people need to be driving these routes.

    I will NOT rent apartment again in 98312. Didnot receive two packages in a week. The FACT is Packages were not delivered at all, then sent back the same day, USPS did not even try to contact at all before return it. Showed vacant on 9 January at 9 am, and package was sent back to sender right way. The same day afternoon on 9 January,I came and try to ask manager some questions why and what happened, however the supervisor did not show his/her face, tell the clerk pass words to me,that it is! looks like the manager did not want to take care of customers at all or did not have any excuse to explain why! The worst experience ever in my life. I believe the package is still in USPS, but the manager just did want to give to me. The tracker should show where the package is at if package was sent back already. By the way, I just find out this USPS awarded 2.7 stars when I type my experience.

    They keep delivering to other locations but we all know each other and fix the issue.
