They then sent us to pick up our package to this location which was fine. However when we drove to pick the package up, they said it was out for delivery. We then had to go meet the delivery driver to get our package. The office sent us to a private residence which the ups driver was not at. We then had to move to another location for pick up as the driver would not drop it off at our home because it was past his route. This is extremely frustrating at the customer. We shouldn’t have to hunt down a truck to get our package.

For the past month, we’ve been receiving almost no mail, which is very unusual for us. When I called to follow up, I was told you were too busy to return my call (today). This is a serious concern. In addition, we received another customer’s mail last Friday (not the first time), which makes me believe our mail is not being sorted or delivered correctly. Last Friday, I stood at the counter for 30 minutes (verified by phone calls I received when I arrived and when I left). The employee assisting me was clearly overwhelmed and in need of help. I don’t place blame on them personally, but the experience was extremely frustrating. I was repeatedly asked what I needed, only for the process to be started and then abandoned as they went to assist other customers. Four different people were helped while I continued to wait. After half an hour, I left and went to FedEx, where I was in and out in 3 minutes. This was a complete waste of my time and came across as highly unprofessional. We have been with you for about 2 years now and the past 3 months things have been going down hill.
