  Customer service: I didn't get her name and I have no clue how many people work here, but the woman with reader glasses who worked morning shift on 06NOV2025 is AWESOME!!!! We had a mix up with a package going to base and she was so understanding and really helped us out. Inside: The inside of the ship center is VERY small but it does have some things like boxes and tape and whatnot. Parking: There are two parking spots for customers that are clearly marked with signs Getting there: Once you pull into the entrance you keep driving straight back (through the warehouse buildings) one of the buildings has a very small sign that says "FedEx front counter" and an arrow pointing to the right. You're going to keep driving past that sign because the entrance into the customer service is on the other side. As you keep driving (not far) you'll see that the customer parking spots are to your right and the door to get into the building is to your left. Hope this helps!!

  Excellent customer attention. Two ladies both so helpful, professional and kind. Lori i believe was the lady who took care of my package. I showed up later in the afternoon to mail my daughter's birthday cake. Thank Goodness for these ladies and their help. They do printing jobs, all mailing and have items to purchase.

  Friendly but undertrained staff. Waisted over an hour and $15 to find out they could not help me ship my ebike to Japan.
