The next morning (today) I received a nice call with an update, along with being told an eye will be kept on my package’s progress. Very good experience! I’ve mailed a few things from here, and they also get it out fast. Packages don’t really just sit around and get where they need to be. I know people don’t leave reviews nearly as much when things run smoothly, but wanted to about this location.

Not helpful at all even the guy that was ahead of me she gave him a very hard time as well. Definitely wouldn’t recommend this location at all unless going to the self kiosk.

If you're going to use the drop box for packages, you have a 50-50 chance of it being in working order. If it's stuck your only choice is to stand in line as they don't have a back up drop area at the counter.
