He told me that the machine in the store was malfunctioning, so I couldn't return the item and suggested I go to another UPS. However, the truth was that the merchant had given me a fake QR code. The staff at the other store discovered this. This incident made me run around for nothing twice. This male employee not only lacks professional knowledge but also has no sense of responsibility.

I lead a ministry starting churches and encourage all of our pastors/church planters to consider obtaining a UPS Store mailbox. Having this mailbox gives them a safe and convenient way to receive deliveries and have a public address without divulging their home address. I read some comments about long wait times in other reviews. As someone who is in the store frequently, I've never felt that wait times were significant, even during the holiday rush. I have been impressed with how well the team at the UPS Store has handled the uptick in traffic since they became an Amazon return location. Yes, there are more customers, but I have never felt slighted in the service that I received. Thank you!
