I lead a ministry starting churches and encourage all of our pastors/church planters to consider obtaining a UPS Store mailbox. Having this mailbox gives them a safe and convenient way to receive deliveries and have a public address without divulging their home address. I read some comments about long wait times in other reviews. As someone who is in the store frequently, I've never felt that wait times were significant, even during the holiday rush. I have been impressed with how well the team at the UPS Store has handled the uptick in traffic since they became an Amazon return location. Yes, there are more customers, but I have never felt slighted in the service that I received. Thank you!
