- JKJ KellumNov 13, 20251.0Horrible service at this location! After waiting in line for 10 minutes, as soon as it got to my turn both counter people went into a side room and didn’t come back. The male even looked at me as he walked away without saying a word. Another 5 minutes goes by before someone doing printing work comes over and assists me. I had a package to ship with a pre printed FedEx label that I needed a receipt for, otherwise I would’ve left and gone somewhere else. I will definitely avoid this location in the future.

It wasn’t an easy problem to solve because it didn’t turn out exactly how I hoped, but he took the time to get it right, and I was really happy with the end result. I highly recommend this location! He offered suggestions, made sure it was done correctly, helped trim the card and round off the corners of the card.....ALL without asking. Amazing customer service. If this store was full of "Eric'" employee's EVERYONE would be coming to this here because the customer service can't be beat. Thank you! I'll be coming back and HIGHLY recommend others to use this store as well!

He saved us from wasting time in the work station and ended up doing our printing job for us so we wouldn't end up waiting for the machines. He also showed us some options for the job. Not all heroes wear capes, but somebody should still make one for Eric; my guy's earned it.
