The first employee showed up around 10:05 and the second showed up a few minutes after him. Neither employee said a word to all of us who had been waiting for them to show up and the first employee worked with earbuds in both ears and was having a conversation on the phone through his earbuds while helping the first person in line. The guy he was “helping” kept thinking he was talking to him, not realizing the guy was having a conversation using his earbuds. Super unprofessional service here
