  I had a complex mailing that entailed overnighting correspondence from the store to The State of Virginia and then in that mailing I had to include a prepaid fedex envelope to get the correspondence from the State of Virginia to an overseas location. This included getting the envelope through customs and expediting, getting the proper names and contacts for each leg of the trip. I had to do two mailings like this. He had great patience. The agent who helped me is named Suni. I tried to tip him and he refused. This incredible employee also helped other customers while helping me which kept the line from getting long (for others). Really pleased with UPS Bonney Lake and specifically Suni. Last, I tried to do this at FEDEX Bonney Lake and the Store Manager could not get the job done (she told me I had to go home and do it on line).

  They help me with return and make it easy understand going all package in one and retrieve my order code. The customer service is always great

  The most unfriendly girl I have ever encountered at a UPS drop. I was having trouble getting my Amazon QR code to work and instead of telling how to fix it (which I eventually got by contacting Amazon and it was simple) she kept saying "you need the QR code, you need the QR code" I explained it wasn't working and she just said it again. She never once offered to give me advice nor did she smile and looked so angry. If UPS doesn't want to process Amazon returns then don't do it or at least hire people who know how to work customer service.

  Normally I dont get denied service but I had 5 packages and the store refused to take them. They attempted to tell me they dont have room in the back, I am such a big customer I know they pile up boxes by copiers normally and 1 hour from truck pickup they just refused. Amazon tells me take it there and they refuse. Then I had to load in truck myself and injured myself. I don't like to be lied to. Custom service is going above and beyond.
