  On Monday 23 February 2025 at approximately 2:30 pm, I went into the Bonney Lake FEDEX Store (just off of HWY 410 close to Target). I needed to send a certified letter to an international location. I knew it was going to be expensive but it had to get done because it was time sensative. I was told by the store agent that an international label could not be generated by the store and that I would have to go home, set up an FEDEX account and create my own label online. She said there was no way for her to do it. I eneded up losing a day on this but ultimately I went to the UPS Store in Bonney Lake and they (Sudin) took the time to help me do this with two separate letters. Hard to believe FEDEX cant get the job done when that is what they are in the business of doing. Disapointed with FEDEX Bonney Lake. The agent who attempted to help me is named Ashley. She is the Store Manager.

  Best FedEx location I’ve personally EVER dealt with. They are always super helpful. Today I had the pleasure of Laura helping me find a box that unfortunately they didn’t have to match my package. She went above and beyond and helped me by making a custom box from something they had in the back! 10 out of 10 experience and truly appreciated. This location is always great, today they were even greater.

  What an experience! I have severe social anxiety when it comes to people waiting on me and angry Karen's being impatient, but not this trip! Every single person I worked with were beyond kind and helpful (I had 9 different labels to print out) and I would rate 10/10 if I could. Apologies to the nice man who shook my hand at the end of it all and had to deal with my sweaty palms.

  Visit was on December 21st (if it matters) in the early afternoon. Every time I have gone to this (BonneyLake) FedEx (which isn’t that many times maybe 5), the young Men especially employees were so incredibly helpful and kind! I have no idea what happened or if you are just hiring anyone but sadly, it sure seems like it! Like my Boyfriend said, if you are not good with communication & kindness 101 then find another job. Customer Service is also not for weak, inpatient and unkind people like her! Customer Service is for those that are kind and can handle a lot BUT with grace. It’s as though she was taking out her personal problems or something on me- yikes! Glad my guy was with me though…. My Boyfriend & I came in yesterday to do an easy return and the girl was SO snooty, rude, talking down to me when asking questions about the “self-serve” machine, which really is pointless (meaning the machine doesn’t work often and you need a human anyways, after scanning etc). I asked a question and she would say, well read what it says and well if you read the screen, over & over! DUH!! Don’t talk down to your customers, ewe! Next time, I will treat her how she treated me! Be sure to keep an eye on your employees and take pride in those you hire! Thank You!
