  AMAZING service by The Ladies of UPS Store #6598 in Blaine, WA! Better rates, better service, better hours than competing mail receivers in the area. I appreciate their thorough and thoughtful, timely service and calling me to review ALL the details of their offerings in-depth, proactively. The Ashleigh and the South Asian Lady are great too!!! They have brought me a renewed confidence in cross-border mail logistics and their detailed hand-holding is appreciated. My best wishes for continued success!!! Taylor Ruby

  Horrible customer service. Both the employees and manager were extremely passive aggressive, rude, and defensive!!

  Echoing the majority that the customer service is so poor here! I was there to drop off a return and pick up a package and Ashleigh is a problem. First, I got a stern lecture about NOT taping the box when it was this specific type of return vs another type of return, and she went on and on about how she needed to scan every single item for this type of return. This task must have really put her out because as a customer and not an employee of UPS, it felt like overkill to be subjected to employee training over one piece of tape on a box. I was apologetic and offered her the packing slip to try to speed up the process for her and that upset her, so I got a condescending, slowed down tone about how she needs to SCAN. EACH. ITEM. I’m not stupid, no need to talk to me like I am. We limped through that exchange and now it was time for me to pick up the package that was delivered the day before. She didnt have it on her little sheet, so I got another lecture about how I am supposed to wait at least one hour after the delivery arrival to allow them time to sort packages. When I told her it had been over 24 hours, that pissed her off and she was running around in a huff trying to find it. I was charged a fee for pickup, which is annoying, but whatever, just get me out of here. I run my card, the machine is taking its’ time to process the fee. I slide the box 1/4 of an inch towards me to get it out of her way a little and she gets all up in arms, going “YOUR CARD HASNT RUN THROUGH YET!” like Im attempting to run off with MY package without paying the stupid $5. Sort of an interesting feeling to be treated like a criminal for picking up an item that belongs to me because I already paid for it. So no more of this store. With an overabundance of shipping places in Blaine, its a very easy process to find a place that treats you like a customer instead of a criminal. Security Mail Services, also on H Street, comes to mind….
