I traveled over 3 hours from Vancouver to pick up my parcel, and even though I provided everything required a government-issued ID with a matching address, plus the tracking number the staff member still refused to release my package. I repeatedly explained that I met all the criteria, but she did not listen and provided very poor customer service, wasting both my time and money. This level of service is unacceptable. Please ensure your staff are properly trained on UPS pickup policies so customers don’t go through this kind of unnecessary inconvenience again.
