I wish I knew her name, but she is amazing. 2/11/2025 I’ve had many good experiences for the past 4 years here. Today was terrible. New staff who are not helpful and sarcastic. Wish the old staff were here. I waited patiently as the lady at the counter kept answering endless questions with someone on the phone. I was returning a blanket to Amazon and as the blanket is vacuum packed, I did the best I could to get it in the original box. Amazon said it was OK as this would be packaged with other returns. So, I taped it as best as I could. The worker said she couldn’t accept it. I asked if I could pay them to pack it and said simply said the boxes are over there. I explained I needed to go to work and so can I just leave the package and pay for the boxing. She said no. Very frustrating for sure. I simply said, this isn’t going to work for me. I took the box and was leaving. On the way out, she made it a point to yell have a nice day sarcastically. This is customer service?
