- MMMmarDec 9, 20251.0The lady that was on the counter( black haired) was so rude. I bought some stamps so I can send some cards to family members, I was carrying my toddler and my hands are full, I kindly asked if she could put the stamps on the envelope for me and she said “yeah, next time you’ll have to do it yourself” how rude! Obviously my hands are full and I needed help or else I would’ve done it myself! Do better and be nice to customers. Smh
- SLShalynn LarsenSep 3, 20255.0I had a package that was supposed to be delivered last week, I think that the company that shipped it had a mishap with my address, it went back and fourth from spokane to pasco 2 times, the Gal ( I'm so sorry I dont remember your name!) at the benton city post office called me directly and asked me about it, said she would have it delivered the next day- then sent someone that night to bring it, which she totally didnt have to do. So sweet and we are so appreciative!

If they run out of time in the evening they mark that there is some inconvenience and the package can't be delivered or they look at the number of the house and not the street name. They need to pay more attention and get their stuff together
