- SLShalynn LarsenSep 3, 20255.0I had a package that was supposed to be delivered last week, I think that the company that shipped it had a mishap with my address, it went back and fourth from spokane to pasco 2 times, the Gal ( I'm so sorry I dont remember your name!) at the benton city post office called me directly and asked me about it, said she would have it delivered the next day- then sent someone that night to bring it, which she totally didnt have to do. So sweet and we are so appreciative!
- MCmatt clarkMay 27, 20251.0I sent out my passport application on the 7th of April. Called the passport office and they didn't receive it until the 19th of May. I paid 10 dollars for priority mail and was told it would take 3 to 4 days. That's over a month for it to arrive. On top of that the passport aloffice sent my application back to be amended because the photo took was to bright and my face is blurred. So my mail was a month late and my picture is no good we are leaving in 3 weeks will take another week or mabie month again for the new photo to get back to passport office. By the time everything is done I probably won't get my passport back in time for when we leave to a different country. So they have potentially ruined my trip unless I drive all the way to Seattle and back. On top of this the post master was rude about it and refused to cover postage to send the letter back to the passport office.

It's a long story, but they went above and beyond to help me out and David (the supervisor or post Master) was extraordinarily helpful. He went above and beyond to resolve my issue! I can't tell you how much I appreciated all they did for me!
