A woman from this post office called me regarding some business door flyers that were improperly delivered to the outside of mail boxes. Yes I am well aware that this is "illegal" but had every intent to fix the wrong doing ** I had hired a Benton City kid looking for some quick cash to deliver 50 business flyers door to door and he hung them on the outside of the mailboxes instead** I communicated with this individual that you cant hang door flyers on a mail box and I asked this person to go and collect the improper delivery of the flyers. I own this mistake and would have happily handled it professionally with the post office if an issue came up. The voicemail she left me was extremely hostile and threatening. Basically getting yelled at by a mail carrier over voicemail. The number was from a personal number and not the post offices phone number. I tried calling back immediately multiple times and no response. As urgent as the voicemail was. It clearly wasnt that important due to my returning calls not being answered. Yelling at someone to resolve an issue when they havnt even talked to me yet is extremely unprofessional and made me more than less willing to solve any issues or resolve conflict. Treat others the way you want to be treated and you might be suprised with how far that gets you, versus being rude and unpleasant. 0 stars and 0 professionalism. Have a great day!

They sent my package back to Spokane rather than delivering to me.

Very BAD service. Scheduled an appointment for passport for my baby and I. Called USPS if i could get some help during the appointment (said there's a low chance they will give forms) so I printed the forms and they were able to help me with the process. As i got there, i said I have an appointment at 3. He said to give him all documents and I said I need help with the lost form. I was going to fill out the forms and the guy was pressuring me to have the forms completed. Would come see me every other minute as I was filling out the forms. I was so PRESSURED I had so many errors in the forms. The guy said that I need to finish before 3:30 because it's a 30 min appointment. By the time he said that, it was about 3:10 which I had sufficient time to finish with calm. I had questions and he would respond with rush. I am not sure if I filled out the forms correctly. No good service with that man. I don't understand all the rush with just a low pay!

The lady that was on the counter( black haired) was so rude. I bought some stamps so I can send some cards to family members, I was carrying my toddler and my hands are full, I kindly asked if she could put the stamps on the envelope for me and she said “yeah, next time you’ll have to do it yourself” how rude! Obviously my hands are full and I needed help or else I would’ve done it myself! Do better and be nice to customers. Smh

I get the notification that packages have been delivered, yet they have not been delivered. If they run out of time in the evening they mark that there is some inconvenience and the package can't be delivered or they look at the number of the house and not the street name. They need to pay more attention and get their stuff together
