Frustrated by this post office. I had a package get hung up here, I started a customer service case over it for them to locate it. After this office not updating the case for 3 days, me calling the main support line pushing them to update, they finally replied on the 4th day telling me the package was lost. Cool, fine I can talk to the seller whatever. BUT a week later I get a slip in my mail box saying they "missed" me and couldn't deliver a package - the company name of it showing to be the one they supposedly lost. So I go to the post office to pick it up and THEY CANT FIND IT. This is absolutely ridiculous. First you say you lost my package, then some carrier leaves a slip insinuating you have it (and if the carrier did have it why didn't they leave it there was no signature required??), then you suddenly don't. And while the guy at the office seemed nice enough, he wasn't very helpful in finding a solution. He just went to the back a few times to look, and came back and shook his head. No saying he'll talk to the carriers, ask around, no apology. NOTHING. I am a very understanding person but I do not like being jerked around like this and taking time out of my weekend for something that's not there.

You should update your hours that PO Boxes can’t be accessed unless during business hours. Nor can anyone answer the phone to clarify holding a package before it gets returned. This office is so poorly run.

Got loads of info after getting voicemail. None pertained to my question, then got cutoff again. Typical service or lack of. Made for their convenience not us customers !

They previously lost my $300 package here and delivered it somewhere else. I had to go in to this location for 3-weeks trying to get it sorted and light a fire under them. And this most recent interaction they were unhelpful and snotty about a package I'm trying to ship that is 50 pounds, but saying that it is oversized and would not help me with alternative options and talked down to me in a line full of people.

If you can avoid this place, please do. Also they only have one person to interview you for passport applications and they call out sick a lot and the office won’t even tell you your appointment got canceled. Super unprofessional. Waste of my time.
