- TETami EliasAug 24, 20251.0Wosrt company for delivery EVER. No customer service, deliveries not brought to the home, lazy, unresponsive. We have canceled chewy, groceries, kitty litter and more. If you are a business relying on auto shipping you are doing a huge disservice to your clientele. We can still shop in store. Idk what someone's recourse would be if they were unable and really needed. Honestly, our packages are left a block down our driveway on the road.....

Was given directions to a fed ex that would be able to help me only to find they didn’t provide packaging services there.

I tried to call this location to ask a simple question about holding a future shipment and you have to go through their call center which only connects you to a person if you have a tracking number. Why cant I speak directly to someone at a location in my area!?
