  The drivers for UPS continue to be terrible, slapped a sticker on my door saying they attempted a delivery but never knocked but because they wasted their time to put a sticker on the door the customer service refused to file a complaint because they "attempted delivery". Apparently at UPS you can not do your job as long as you leave a blank sticker and not be held accountable for the work. Use any other company than this to ship, especially in the Bellevue area unless you want to sit outside all day and wait for them.

  My experience here was really good. The clerk that helped me out was super informative and gave me lots of information and made sure that I was taping up the package just right. Thanks!!! EDIT: have been back multiple times since this first review and they've always been very helpful! Giving them 5 stars now.

  I have had a PO box at this location for a year now and have shipped several packages through them. The staff have always been courteous and professional and the prices for services are very fair. Please don't pay attention to the negative reviews for this place, in my time as a patron I have never seen the staff or management treat anyone rudely or disrespectfully. If you want fast and professional service, I would highly consider this UPS location!

  Excellent service every time I've been there. Mailed paperwork overnight without issues. Received paperwork overnighted to me without issues. Excellent and trustworthy staff. Very polite and hard working.
