  Alfaz helped us with all our shipping. We came during closing time. He was very accommodating and friendly. He went out of his way to make sure our boxes were packed correctly. He also gave is tips on better packing. He really knows his stuff. He should be promoted.

  The customer service used to be good. With the new employees or perhaps ownership, I had 4 pages of paper being printed, the guy over charged me and told me I own $9.80. Their sign shows first page $2.45, then each page is around 30 cents. I asked them to correct it. No apology from their mistake and turned out to be only $3.30.
