0 star if I could give. Went there first time and that’s enough for me. The service is bad especially the Asian lady. I went in to drop off mail, instead of telling me dogs are not allowed, she indirectly talking to the person she was helping that she doesn’t understand why I need to bring my dog in because some people are allergic. She said the sign is somewhere but doesn’t who moves it. I overhead and apologized and that I didn’t see no dogs allowed sign but she gave me a disgusting glance and ignored me. I was up next but she carried the conversation with the other customer till I got called by the man. She purposely didn’t want to help me. Plz avoid this location if u could. I usually bring my dog in the post office in Bel-Red road and Andy is very nice and helpful.

Wow. This place has definitely gone downhill. Edward seems to think it’s OK to yell at customers. And they are terribly lazy they don’t want to do their job because, “It takes too long.”

This was the first time I’ve ever felt genuinely bad while trying to drop off a package. The indoor drop bin was completely full and jammed, so I couldn’t use it. When I asked a clerk where I should leave my prepaid packages, the answer was simply “just leave it there,” without pointing or explaining where “there” actually was. For someone who doesn’t work behind the counter, that was not helpful at all. I tried asking another employee, but she told me to wait in line even though this was only a quick prepaid drop-off and the bin was unusable. I had small children waiting in the car and simply needed clear instructions. When I politely asked to speak with a supervisor, I was told they would not call one for this issue. The problem wasn’t that the staff were openly rude — it was the lack of basic communication and unwillingness to provide clear guidance. Between the full bin, the confusion, and the dismissive responses, the entire experience felt unnecessarily stressful. This is not what a simple package drop-off should feel like.

We continue to be harassed & targeted by our mail delivery driver who continues to give false information and threaten to stop delivering our mail. Note: I am only posting this here because no other channel has resolved this calling usps support, going in in person, doing what they ask us to do. We need help from someone outside of this office.

They helped me out sending a letter when it was my first time doing so in the U.S. and was a little lost. Great attitude and fast service.
