    The lady with a ginger hair who works on 2/17/2026 3:30-4pm in the rightmost window was unbelievably rude and unprofessional. She wants everyone to feel same the unfulfilling and sadness as she does.

    I'm talking to the manager of this post office. A woman standing at the front counter to receive postal packages. She doesn't put packages in the basket carefully, and she doesn't care at all that it says on the package to be transported carefully. But there are two gentlemen working at the third and fourth counters. They are excellent and very polite. We pay for transportation and it is important for our equipment to be transported carefully.

    I had a very disappointing experience with an employee named Edward. He was impatient and rude, raised his voice at me, and repeatedly told me to go back wait for the package or the call without offering any assistance. When I asked for help, he refused to direct me to someone who could assist. I felt I had to calm him down due to his behavior. He claimed he was getting a supervisor, but no supervisor arrived. Later, when a supervisor did come, she said that she had not been contacted by him. The supervisor lady was professional and helpful, and I appreciated her assistance.

    Absolutely unacceptable service. Don’t come here!!!!!! I walked in 3 minutes BEFORE closing—meaning the store was still officially open for business. However, a middle aged female staff member literally chased me out, claiming she was "off work." When I politely asked for a pen to use the self-service area myself, she reacted with extreme hostility, shouting, "OMG you need a pen?!" as if it were a ridiculous request. Professionalism is non-existent at this location. If you can't handle serving customers until your posted closing time, don't work in customer service. Management needs to address this staff member’s rude attitude immediately.
