When you get helped at the counter their electronic display asks you to rate their service with a smiley face, a frown or a neutral face but the post office worker doesn't let you choose, they choose the smiley face for you. What a joke.

The immediate jump to a theft accusation, with no evidence whatsoever, was a clear act of profiling based on my appearance
