I’ve been coming to this USPS location for a long time and have never had an issue before. The staff has always been kind and very helpful, which is why this experience was especially disappointing. A few weeks ago, I had multiple packages that were confirmed delivered to this post office. I have photo proof from the carriers showing delivery, as well as the names of the employees who signed for them. Despite this, I never received my packages. They were lost inside the post office itself. When I went in to ask what happened and what I could do, the staff was extremely unhelpful. Most of my questions were met with “I don’t know,” and no real effort was made to provide answers or next steps. I’m very disappointed by the lack of accountability and the lack of willingness to help. This has been my go-to post office for years, and I never expected an experience like this.
