Showed up before 3:00 when they close and they won't take my business. No wonder they have the worse reviews around.

Horrible customer service. Whoever clerk 62 was on 12-10. Condescending when you try to ask about the shipping services and cost. Refused to give a quote even though I had everything prepared. Said things like "I don't care" " you need to leave I've helped you out too long ". They hate their job.

This is a retail only post office. You cannot pickup packages from here. There is no clarity on where your packages get held up. Do not come here to pickup any mail held at post office.

Person called MJ was very rude, serviced three people behind me and told me to wait. Also when I said I didn’t like to be cut off in line, he said I could go to a different location because he wouldn’t help me
