Despite receiving an email confirmation for our appointment, the staff claimed they don't acknowledge online bookings. This recurring frustration with their customer service led us to seek assistance from The Mail Clinic in Issaquah on Gilman, where we've consistently found excellent and reliable service.

For a plastic envelope they charged me $4, for printing a shipping label, they charged me $3. I’ve been a regular customer for 2 years, but I will be taking my shipping needs elsewhere.
