The customer service used to be good. With the new employees or perhaps ownership, I had 4 pages of paper being printed, the guy over charged me and told me I own $9.80. Their sign shows first page $2.45, then each page is around 30 cents. I asked them to correct it. No apology from their mistake and turned out to be only $3.30.

This UPS store just isn’t it anymore. The new guys — the bearded dude and the younger guy with glasses — are super unfriendly every time. I really miss the old crew, and honestly even the golden retriever they used to have made the place feel nicer. These days I just go to the FedEx or USPS down the road. And if I have a return, I only pick UPS if I seriously have no other option. Not trying to start my day with bad vibes for no reason.
