They go WAY above and beyond for me and always have... Of course, I'm super friendly to them and I speak to them like human beings, but I've witnessed ppl be heinously rude to them. They never lost their temper with the rude customers, either. I did, however. These ppl are saints. If I'm shipping something important, i ONLY trust UPS Factoria. It's always on time, they never have ever lost a pkg of mine. I mean, they treat me like family. That's why I spend the money on a box there. Are they the very cheapest place in the world? No, but you get what you pay for in the mail world. How important is your stuff to you? Mine's important so it's nothing less than UPS Factorja for me. Always the best. Id give this place and every employess 10 stars and a vacation if I could. Use them. You won't regret it.

Starting with Cecelia Hong, the owner and the rest of the staff, these people do an impressive job. It is a very busy store that has a lot of traffic.
