When they finally did respond, the information was either outdated or completely wrong. Their onboarding process was a mess with missing paperwork, broken links, and zero coordination between departments. The client relationship team could not answer basic questions, and HR acted annoyed anytime I followed up. They claimed to have competitive pay, but the rate they offered was far below market and kept changing after every conversation. It is clear this company prioritizes quotas over people. Avoid wasting your time here. Insite Global needs to learn what professionalism and transparency actually mean.
