When they finally did respond, the information was either outdated or completely wrong. Their onboarding process was a mess with missing paperwork, broken links, and zero coordination between departments. The client relationship team could not answer basic questions, and HR acted annoyed anytime I followed up. They claimed to have competitive pay, but the rate they offered was far below market and kept changing after every conversation. It is clear this company prioritizes quotas over people. Avoid wasting your time here. Insite Global needs to learn what professionalism and transparency actually mean.

Clay did an excellent job identifying opportunities that aligned with what I was looking for, and the interview setup with the contract company was seamless. The onboarding process was smooth, and anytime I had questions or concerns, they were addressed promptly and professionally. I worked as a contractor for about four months before being hired on permanently by the company I was contracted through. Overall, I appreciated the support and communication from the IG team, and I would absolutely work with them again if the opportunity arose.
