- AHAdy HayesApr 6, 20261.0People here are very uncooperative. The only feedback I got when I came in was “go to the Yacolt location”. The man wouldn’t even try to help me here and said you can go to yacolt over a dozen times in the 10 minute conversation we had where I was just trying to ask questions for properly filling out forms. When I first walked up to the counter he immediately said we aren’t doing this today before I could get a single word out in which I would just be asking questions about the forms in my hand as I wasn’t sure which sections I needed to fill out and which parts they would need to fill out. I guess the best advice I have is to just go to yacolt either way because they are very mean here

The website was a little lacking since it did not vary State what I needed to do before I showed up for my appointment but everything got taken care of. I got a new passport. Be warned that you need an appointment for a passport and that these appointments are only good for 15 minutes. So make sure you you show up on time and fill out the forms needed to get a passport. It takes about 15 minutes to fill out the form, wish I'll get it done before you come down here or show up an extra 20minutes early so you can fill it out before your appointment.

Misery loves company so they seem to want to make the people in line suffer while they help old people finish packing up their packages. That's not what the post office is for - it's to sell postage and accept packages, not help people tape packages thus causing long lines. They provide more passport service than they do actual postage services. It's really sad to watch people go out of their way to work as slowly as possible. An as inefficiently as possible!
