  Had a terrible experience with this UPS store couple of years ago, when a package I tried to ship across the country never arrived. Eventually it was found and returned to me but I was never reimbursed for the very high shipping costs despite their failure to deliver. I was too disgusted to have anything to do with this UPS since, until today when I had to fax something in a hurry. I'd heard they had changed ownership and I thought I'd give them another try. Unfortunately their fax machine was malfunctioning and extremely slow, with a line of people waiting for it. I gave up and went to in another UPS with much better service. PostScript: I went back to this store a couple days later for another quick errand, and the fax machine was working well. Not sure what the problem was before. Not sure how reliable this UPS will be in the future, but I did give it another star from the original post.

  Just moved to the area and was happy to have a UPS store so close! Easy and quick Amazon returns with short lines and ample parking. This will be my new go to for shipping needs!

  Went in to ship some trading cards after having a bad experience at a different store. They were able to pack the cards and increase the declared value like I requested. The employee helping me was very friendly and my experience was great!

  Jennifer was so incredibly helpful. I walked in not excited to look dumb in front of everyone as I had no clue what I was doing, Jennifer immediately greeted me, offered her help, showed me how to do it and was patient with my slowness. I feel she went above and beyond what she is expected to do for her job.

  Wild...I've never been charged for a piece of tape...Went from 5 stars to 1..Poor customer service choice. I've been using this store for years to return items. I had a return that required packaging. I brought it in with the box and QR code. Tell me, if I had taped the box first, how could you verify the item in the box matched the description? A dollar for a piece of tape, FYI... I've had employees tape boxes more than once, never an issue. Literally a table full of tape guns visible in the back. She also refused the original packaging for the other item I returned. It came in its own box labels and all. She pulled the item out...and gave me back the box, ie the original packaging. On a different note, I've also recently learned UPS has contracts with ICE. So, probably time for a switch anyway. Can't support hate and violence.
