Brian is amazing! I had made a mistake with putting the wrong building number on several packages and he was able to have the carrier retrieve and redirect them the same day. Really turned a stressful situation around for me.

This post office is in desperate need of repair, but I get that that isn't the fault of this location in and of itself. Sending out mail is always pretty easy to do, and the staff behind the counter are helpful and kind. They have to deal with a lot and in a building without proper climate control. USPS needs to seriously renovate this building or at least fix the broken door and lack of heat and A/C.

Absolutely hands down the worst. Never an issue with UPS, FED EX, ON TRAC. Never had an issue with USPS anywhere else I have lived, in this county and across the country. A total of over 25 years on Bainbridge, multiple addresses, always an issue with delivery. Currently Aug 3, waiting on a package. Supposed "attempted delivery" July 13 according to tracking. Never a knock, or notice. I was home, stay at home orders!, as was my son. No phone number for local office, just 800# I called, all automated, and it had me set up a delivery date. Set up for Aug 1. Home all day. Nothing. I now need to walk to office, 4 miles round trip, to see if they are sitting on my package. Again, like said, this is only the latest in ongoing delivery issues with 98110, Bainbridge/Winslow office.

I've had a PO Box in this post office location for 18 months and am very happy with the service. Counter personnel are friendly and efficient. They even know my name and PO Box # when asked to retrieve packages. So I actually enjoy going to the post office and appreciate their service.
