The gentleman Graham K, well at least I think that's his name as his badge was turned around. Was so rude, unhelpful and arrogant. He could barely hold his head up but that may be the hair in his eyes dragging him down. I know I'm going to sound like my grand mother but get a hair cut and an attitude adjustment if you plan on dealing with other human beings. I actually felt sorry for the ladies in the office as they were so polite and friendly to clients. He really brings that whole place down.
