- HGHeather GrantOct 14, 20251.0Rude, sullen, unhelpful and lousy customer service. I went in to have a an item packaged and shipped as a return for my mother who lives on Bainbridge Island. The male clerk started as sullen and went downhill from there. He was snarky and when asked about the "from" address on the shipping receipt that was not my mothers he became even more snarky. He kept telling me that the shipping label is theirs but the receipt he showed me was my home address, not my mothers. I was thoroughly confused and instead of being helpful he yells at me I don't have to show you anything, I know. I explained that I don't and wanted to see the actual shipping label....he stormed off mumbling and cussing and saying how stupid I was. I quipped, Hey, what about some customer service? Their store manager got involed and she was even ruder than he was Needless to say I cancelled the transaction and will take my busines to FedEx or anywhere but here. Who needs such nasty rudeness. They clearly don't know who the customers are.

The woman who answered the phone was easy to talk to, understood the problem, and was happy to help on zero notice even though the financial transaction would be just a few dollars. Truly grateful to this person and this store!
