I'm surprised this store has such negative reviews. I have been going for years, for both shipping and Amazon returns. Everyone has always been professional and helpful. It's the only store I will use for my shipping needs.

Ive used UPS many times over USPS, They've always done an amazing job. This time sending computer parts from washington to Montana. I received a picture from the recipient of a mangled box that looks like it was ran over by a forklift or truck somewhere between here and their. Then an employee taped the box up like nothing happened. This is incredibly unprofessional and I will never use ups again or navigate anyone to use them eiether!
