I needed a package delivered today I showed up yesterday to drop it off explain the situation and was given an option of 9:00 am drop off today for $125, 12:00 pm drop off for $85 or anytime for $16. Come to find out the package is still in this area never got delivered and the manager says oh you paid for ground shipping when I was told yesterday I was guaranteed a delivery for TODAY. This place is trash and zero help.
