  If you see the man in the review pictures at the counter, you might as well turn around. The people infront of me had their own box and tape they were gonna package themselves, but were kicked out of the store because you cant do that inside apparently. Alright, so that might be a thing. I bring My two packages up, for USPS (prepaid label, all ready to go, and i dont need a receipt) He wouldnt take them. Despite having dropped off packages no problem at other UPS locations a hundred plus times. 👍

  The Indian man who is working there He has rude, inappropriate, and unprofessional behavior with customers. And if you want to print something, he charges two dollars for a single A4 sheet. He’s just greedy, I think. He doesn’t understand people’s problems or realize that he should treat customers with respect.

  Every time I go to this location to return or ship a package, the older man working there is very rude and unprofessional. He always gives me a hard time and makes up new "UPS rules" that don't make sense. It feels like he just doesn't want to help customers. I hope UPS management looks into this and takes action, because it's very frustrating to deal with this kind of behavior every time I visit. 1. He said UPS doesn’t provide label pouches, which isn’t true. 2. I was returning items through Happy Returns, and he kept telling me to use the self-scan, which doesn’t work for that. When he scanned it himself, he refused to select items manually, even though other UPS Stores have done it before. 3. He was disrespectful and unprofessional during the whole interaction. Please look into this issue. I hope this can be addressed so other customers don’t have the same experience.

  Wonderful curstomer service, even with the system down, he was very helpful and friendly, and went out of his way to get my package received for an Amazon Return.

  They cannot multi task. I came in with two labels on two separate items. I then bought boxes and paid the package fee for both. They combined both items in one box. I called the main ups line and am told the store has to issue a new label. They say they don’t and tried to blame me. It should have nothing to do with the person i was shipping to they Only informed me they had two items.
