They give me a letter that I have to pay yo get a package. I try going online and it doesnt let me, I try calling and it wont connect me with a person and keeps looping in stupid phone service. They're sending it back because I cant connect with anyone to pay. Horrible.

Update: They lost 2 pieces of my mail, after filing a lost mail claim I never heard back. I had to get 2 cards resent to me via the mail due to this incident and they lost them a second time 2 weeks later. This is ridiculous Original: Delivered my mail to the wrong address twice in 2 days.

Package deliveries should go on the porch. They've been putting them in front of the garage...dropping them over the gate in the garden. What gives? It's harder for me when they're not on the porch. I don't see them in the garden..in front of the garage. Just a few more steps. I'm a senior citizen. Its difficult. Please bring packages to the front door. They wont get wet there.
