- EEENov 12, 20251.0They give me a letter that I have to pay yo get a package. I try going online and it doesnt let me, I try calling and it wont connect me with a person and keeps looping in stupid phone service. They're sending it back because I cant connect with anyone to pay. Horrible.

I had to get 2 cards resent to me via the mail due to this incident and they lost them a second time 2 weeks later. This is ridiculous Original: Delivered my mail to the wrong address twice in 2 days.

Packages are not being dropped off, even when home they do not come up the driveway to drop off I have to go into the post office to get them. Tried talking to management gets no where and when not there they take my number to call me back and they never call. Horrible workers there.

It's not in their contract to get out of their vehicle... So that's why I don't get my Amazon packages every time...or certified mail gets sent back since they refuse to come to the door.
