- EEENov 12, 20251.0They give me a letter that I have to pay yo get a package. I try going online and it doesnt let me, I try calling and it wont connect me with a person and keeps looping in stupid phone service. They're sending it back because I cant connect with anyone to pay. Horrible.

I had to get 2 cards resent to me via the mail due to this incident and they lost them a second time 2 weeks later. This is ridiculous Original: Delivered my mail to the wrong address twice in 2 days.

It's harder for me when they're not on the porch. I don't see them in the garden..in front of the garage. Just a few more steps. I'm a senior citizen. Its difficult. Please bring packages to the front door. They wont get wet there.
