- MVM VOct 11, 20255.0I am a regular at the Anacortes post office and I always find the employees to be polite,helpful, and very kind. I’ve witnessed an elderly lady confused on how to ship something and the clerk was amazing with her. (I only wish the customers in line had been the same) I’ve also witnessed an older couple asking some questions about their passport paperwork they had filled out and issues with it. They were stressed out when they found out they filled out the wrong forms and were upset and embarrassed. The clerk reassured them that she would help them in getting it all straightened out and you could see the relief they felt. That’s not just good customer service, that’s what I call good people.

I paid extra to send a package via Priority Mail to ensure it was delivered by a certain date. Well, now it's three days past that date and it still hasn't been delivered. In addition, the USPS tracking is an absolute joke. Never again! From now on I will use UPS.
