  Wonderful owner operated store. I mostly do Amazon returns but have also brought my elderly mother for Notary purposes. They’re always friendly and efficient

  I’ve been coming to this store for five years. I’ve seen some bad treatment in this store before but not at me. Well it happened, I see that the store is busy most of the time I will leave and come back when it’s not so busy. This day I had to stay and wait my turn. As I’m waiting my turn I ask the young girl at the kiosk if she is taking returns as I am now standing right next to her in line. She rudely says to me wait your turn in line I’ll call who’s next. I start to speak again and she repeats herself so rudely. This kind of treatment is beyond not okay. The only one being rude was her! Even though I let her know she was being rude! This kind of treatment because you’re busy is unacceptable 100%. I am not about it at all! So I will take my business elsewhere! That’s the point here is we have choices! The sad part of my story is I have heard this from so many people in town. Rude!

  $2 for a Single Sheet of Paper? Absolute Greed. A textbook bait-and-switch. Advertised as $1 per Amazon label over the phone, but in-store they demand $2 for one sheet of paper. Which is a ~20,000% markup on the actual cost of a single sheet of paper. They "didn't know what was going on" with the returns process (isn't that their entire job?) and acted completely confused about their own recorded phone message. Their short 9-to-3 weekday hours illustrate who they cater to: fogies only, not working people. Shameful retiree-town price gouging, backed by incompetent service.

  If I could give zero stars I would. I was behind an older woman who was being told the cheapest option was $100+ to ship her items and the woman behind the counter even acknowledged it was outrageous. I stepped up to let her know there is a site that you can pay for shipping ahead of time (still using UPS) and the rates are much more reasonable. The woman behind the counter then starts to shout at me saying "how dare you undermine the business I own" and instructs the older woman to ask me how I should be ashamed of undermining her business. The customer started to say that at another young woman so I had to step in and say it was me not this other random customer who had just been standing there. The "owner" proceeds to spew hate at me again and directs that customer to as well. That was the most unreal and disrespectful situation I've ever experienced.
