The heavy set older lady is another story. She's very rude if she has to come to the front desk from the back when you ring the bell for service. Even when your smiling at her while asking a question she is rolling her eyes, standing with her hand on her hip talking down to you about postal policy, and procedures. I was very upset at how she treated me. It wasn't necessary!
