She goes above and beyond and helped me with issues that I was having at a different post office where I was not getting any answers. She was straightforward and honest, which I appreciated! I received the runaround at the other post office, with no resolution after being in there for a half an hour. This postmaster knew exactly what was going on and was completely transparent by sharing with me those details and then helped me with a resolution.
