- APAmy PicardJan 5, 20255.0The clerk that worked on new years eve at this po in vt by herself showed more dedication to her job and to my situation then any po worker in ny has ever done for me in my life and I am old. Don’t get me wrong I have the up most respect for postal workers but she was a stand out. There was an issue with delivery and she made it her personal mission to get my little package to my daughter in vt. On a holiday night she called me back with an update after hours. And the package was delivered safely. She was so invested and I was so grateful. So postmaster of the Wolcott VT. Please recognize this exceptional employee. I Think a new car is in order.

I went to go pick up a package that was left there by USPS from Amazon and I was accused by staff of having it be shipped there on purpose. I had been rather nice and co-operative through the entire thing regardless of being upset. I even kindly apologized and explained the situation. But the staff working at the time told me to stop using USPS to ship my Amazon packages or they would have to send them back. I have no control over what company delivers my package from Amazon! Needless to say I won't be ordering anything for a while.
