I have always had positive experiences at this USPS location. Anne does the work of 3 or 4 ppl and still finds a way to treat others with the kindness, respect and dignity that we all deserve. She takes the time to educate others on different mailing options since not all of us are familiar, especially if we are new to this process and hail from other countries (our city is one of the more culturally diverse in VT) with different mailing services. Last time I visited I told her I'm not used to experiencing so much kindness at a US post office since I am originally from NYC. Cheers to Anne for setting a high standard for what a member of our community and federal employee should be like. Thank you for making us smile and making this mailing process all the more easier!

Nice group that works there, but either there isn't enough staff to answer phones and wait on customers, or the phones are getting ignored. It took me 20 minutes of repeated calling to get someone to answer the phone.
Many times, mail and packages end up at wrong address or late. Not sure where the issues lies, but this post office is known for having lots of lost packages and delivery issues.

They went out of their way to locate my missing package. Great customer service. Bill at the counter is friendly.

This would be a 1 star, but the people in office being nice while I've seen people being completely rude to them gives them an extra star. The low score is because I'm lucky to get my packages delivered on time. One package will come without issues, then another package will be marked as "Undelivered as addressed" and the packages are addressed fine. Another time the delivery person put my package as "forwarded" and I don't have a forward of address. Supervisor said it was a sub, so they were confused and I would get the package in a day or two because it's just going to come back from NH....Over a week later I receive it, somehow this "sub" sent my package to New Jersey, without a proper forward of address. Pretty bad when you can't trust the post office not to tamper with your mail.
