Incredibly thoughtful and friendly, efficient and patient - across my own interactions over the last 2 years and what I consistently witness in their interactions with others (in the infrequent times I’m waiting in line). I’m grateful to USPS generally, and always impressed with folks that can address the needs of the public, as we each walk in with different needs, issues, baggage & moods from the day/life. Thank you to the Winooski USPS staff.
- DDDvinekatJun 3, 20215.0A bit more expensive than from where I come from on the west coast, but I got a lot, I mean a lot of help... great customer service, I couldn't afford the price of mailing my package, but the guy there helped me repack in a different box that I could afford to get my belongings back home, can't bring cleaners on a plane, I will definitely recommend this post office every time I'm in town if they keep up the great work, I don't do this everyday nor is it often I'm traveling and I'm glad some people get that others just don't know or have very little experience and help work around that to come to a solution that helps out everyone, or even just giving pointers that make it easier and makes people like me want to come back if I need to mail anything else while I'm here in the future

I went there to complain, they said they were going to check and give me a call about 4-5 times. Guess what, no call and I honestly think they did not even try finding my package. They also blamed on me for putting that address and that was why I lost it. Avoid these people because they do not know how to do their jobs and do not take responsibly when they screw thing up
