Early in our stay, I went to this P.O. and asked how we might receive a package. The two employees I spoke with were very kind and said I just needed to address the package to General Delivery and I could pick up my package. I did so, and picked up my package no problem. However today when I went to pick up a second package, I was belittled and berated by the man at the desk who stated that they "don't do general delivery holds anymore. " I left with my package in tears. This office needs to make sure that their employees communicate with each other.

Because apparently they deliver what they feel like when they feel like it. Even if it a treasury check that states to be delivered on 31st not when I go pick it up. I have never complained publicly but i was so distraught over this. And it's been happening since i moved here 3mo. Ago.
