  I visited the Staples store in Williston, VT today intending to purchase a printer. I spent about 15 minutes comparing models and looking at their PPM and long‑term ink/toner costs, yet no associate offered assistance. When someone finally approached me, it was only to tell me the store would be closing in three minutes. As I was leaving, another associate asked if I needed help—but by then it was too late. With only one other customer in the store, someone easily could have checked in earlier. I went across the street to Best Buy instead, where I was greeted immediately despite the store being much busier, and that’s where I made my purchase. I’m a frequent Staples shopper, but I will not be returning to this location.

  Nasty old man with a beard, cashere number 2085149. Will not be coming back. He was condescending and rude to the point of people putting items back and walking off. Will never be coming to this Staples again, EVER

  I had a last minute, unexpected print job. Parker in the print shop was calm, helpful and efficient.
