They absolutely REFUSE to comply with our business hours, and consistently deliver packages for other tenants of the large building we're in that has multiple suites. My employees are not here to do YOUR job. Nor can I staff the warehouse just for you. Edit: As I stated, I understand the UPS store is a different entity, but I do not have another avenue. The 800 number is useless. The local dispatch is useless... this is the only way I can shed light on the situation. Maybe UPS Distribution will wake up if they get enough complaints from their superiors as a result of the UPS Stores having to field these issues. Who knows? What I know is that our delivery/pickup is sub/par and the avenues to fix the problem are virtually zero.
