Whether processing a difficult passport application or simply selling you a stamp as you run in 5 minutes before closing, she always greets you with a big smile and sends you on your way by wishing you a lovely day. She makes the world a pleasant place.
- VWVihan A. wFeb 15, 20221.0Sorry to say that the branch can be extremely unhelpful; they will randomly put your mail as "For pick up", only to have to drive all the way there, and then be told that it may be out for delivery, or may not. This had happened to several others as well. Wasting time without consequences. They need to straighten out their logistics. Absolutely awful location.
