- SGSam Gagner6 days ago1.0- leaves erroneous missed package notes (I am home all day every day as a stay-at-home mom, and I will receive "missed you" notes for packages that were NEVER attempted for delivery to our home) - loses mail, going as well as receiving - recently updated hours to close at 2:30pm each open day - when packages are delivered, they are often left in the middle of driveway, blocking other vehicles from entering or leaving
- WWWandererJan 11, 20251.0Packages are almost always never delivered to the door if needed but put else where. If in mail box they push packages through and out the back. Says delivered to door or porch at 430 pm but they close at 230. They also aren't truthful when saying it was delivered as our driveway was blocked one day from snow and they said it was delivered to the door... How? Did they walk all the way up and hand it to the people helping with snow removal? Deceitful and needs to be overhauled. Never any help when you need to talk to someone.

Cutomer service is awful, my neighbors get my mail and I theirs, I've had important items mis-delivered and almost every time we have a free postage label, it gets returned for additional postage. I've eve found my mail on the ground in front of my mailbox. Bring these things to their attention and the response is pretty much "oh, well." I like living in Westford, but the post office leaves a lot to be desired.
