Unfortunately I missed the call, but he left a nice voice mail and explained the delay in delivering a package to a client. I appreciate this post office for being so quick and helpful! My package was delayed for delivery in the area due to muddy roads, which is completely understandable.

Instead of trying to find a solution, they seemed impatient and uninterested. Such service discourages any customer and gives a terrible impression of the company. I hope they improve their customer support because, as it is, I do not recommend it.
