- DMDavid McKinleyFeb 13, 20211.0UPDATE 7/22/24 - I'D GIVE 0 STARS IF IT WAS POSSIBLE. BACK TO NOT DELIVERING PACKAGES OF ANY SIZE, or EVEN PICKING UP MAIL IN THE BOX TO BE SENT. Seriously, abolition the USPS! UPDATE 3/2/24- STILL UNRELIABLE AT ACTUALLY DELIVERING PACKAGES. Hardly ever get packages delivered to my house. 95% held for pickup, and I don't find out until after they're already closed. Limited hours to begin with. Complained to NE Postmaster, my state rep, to no resolution. Always told the USPS is shortstaffed and experiencing higher volume (service was already terrible before the pandemic). Well...maybe, hire more people. I hear some people may be looking for work right now. Or don't accept shipping contracts (Amazon??) that you can't handle. I want to support the USPS, I really do. But supporting something that doesn't work is just ridiculous.
