Bill, Sarah and Bernie have set the bar so high that we lucky locals get the benefit of their expertise, patience and attention to detail, every time we need counter help. I remain grateful and feel lucky to have them helping me, every time I need them.
- RMRobert MartinezDec 2, 20251.0Quite possibly the WORST post office in the entire world. If no stars were an option, it would still not do this absolutely dumpster of an operation justice. Time-after-time I have issues with this post office. From rude inconsiderate staff, to packages never even making out of their possession. Currently, I have a package that was scanned as "Out for Delivery" on Nov. 28th, 2025. Guess what? It still hasn't been delivered! This isn't the first time either. I don't know who runs this place, but I'll be the first in line to sign petition to get them a replacement. USPS once stood for something great. A place where packages could be sent and received from not only across the country, but around the globe. You smear the very foundation on which the values of this institution stand. I eagerly wait for the day that someone with even just the slightest bit of ambition takes the helm. Surely, anything would be better than the current state of affairs.

I was told “is it a matter of life and death if you get your package or not” today when I went to see if it had been brought back after my tracking information said attempted delivery but other packages arrived. She couldn’t be bothered to look into anything for me about the whereabouts of my package was. Wishing I could have everything forwarded to Morrisville post office to deal with people who actually enjoy their job.
