No communication about this up front, zero empathy from management. They kindly proposed that they could ship it back to sender for me at $100 - 200 dollars as an alternative to paying the ridiculous service charge.

However, they close whenever they feel like, not honoring their posted hours of operation, even with the employees still inside the store. Even after being told by the owner to return the following day, Sunday, they are closed again for Columbus day on Monday.
