  Pleasant prompt service. Sufficient number of employees to handle customers. Also, very helpful hands on help available when needed.

  I was really hoping that this store’s customer service would improve after it moved from the downtown area to a more accessible location. The people who work here consistently treat customers as if they aren’t a consideration. They don’t greet customers appropriately, and they behave as if the goal is make customers want to leave as quickly as is humanly possible. I understand the store is busy, but rudeness is the general tone and tenor of this store, and it has an uninviting minimalist warehouse vibe. Unusually I didn’t have a QR code, so they had to print a label. The lady behind the register said, “Your label is on the printer over there,” and walked away. I got the label myself. Then she said, “It’s a dollar.” I said I didn’t know I had to pay for the label. Her response was, “You don’t have to take it.” Her response basically invited me out of the store. Copies are a minimum of $1.00 at this store, regardless. To be fair, I only needed the one sheet with the label, not the second sheet, so I paid a dollar for a single copy. On my way out, the other lady working there said, “Have safe travels,” or something to that effect, which was either sarcastic or said to mitigate the negative interaction she witnessed. I sincerely hope that the store does some sort of training in customer service, or hires more people to help the store improve, or that another delivery carrier opens up here to compete with this UPS Store so that it ups its game. Something needs to happen to motivate employees to treat customers as if they are important to their business model.

  I am amzed at how terrible this business is now being run. I Have been a monthly costumer for years. The new location of this store has brought down the quality of the business by an incredible amount. It somehow seems smaller, is incredibly disorganized, you can't tell where the storefront stops and the backroom starts. There is nothing that identifies who is an employee, such as a company shirt or name tag. The staff they have are extremely grumpy, dressed in ragged pajamas, and inept at basic tasks. Im not sure if this is a business or some sort of parole out reach program. I get it you want to pay the lowest amount possible for warm bodies but dear god at least give these people a shirt. I truly will never set foot in there again.

  I drove 25 minutes to send a package and got there at 2:45 Saturday and it was closed. It was supposed to be opened till 4:00.
