- SLSwans LawJul 7, 20251.0I’ve got an email saying that we’re delivering my package today July 7th and that it was leaving the facility but when I checked my email again it said “Ready for Pick up!” which really ticked me off because it said it left the facility put now says ready for pick it up when I’m only 15 years old and this is my second time having a problem with this place, I would love if this place got its act together.

I send an incredibly important package and pay for priority shipping and they send the package back the same days it's received because there is no PO Box listed. The tracking information has not been updated in almost a week so I ask where it's going and the woman on the phone tells me "I don't know, probably Nashua". Unbelievably unprofessional and would not recommend. Use the WRJ post office instead.
