  As I write this review, I am currently on minute 102 with UPS customer service over a shipment this store couldn’t get from South Burlington to Rutland a staggering 60 miles, sent overnight. The package contained notarized legal documents, including a car title I paid them to handle. Once it left the counter, they had no responsibility, no answers, and no accountability. The only reason this isn’t a one-star review is because there’s a woman that works there who is occasionally nice to my kids if it’s not too busy. Otherwise, their service is unreliable so don’t trust them with anything important.

  the owner Bobby is terrible, he put the wrong labels on our packages, when the packages arrived at the destination we were notified that the wrong stuff went to the wrong places. 4 packages. We called Bobby and he told us he would take care of it when he got back from vacation. Well he is back and when we called him he hung up and we are out a 150 dollar vase because the person that received it won't send it back. Bobby is a careless thief
